Ingwertopf China wohl 18. Jh. Porzellan famille verte mit Holzdeckel und Holzsockel. Sechs Vögelchen, davon zwei im Flug und je zwei auf einem Ast sitzend mit grünen Blättern und blauen und roten Blüten. Obere Rand durch ein Ornamentband abgeschlossen. Unter dem Boden Etikett des renommierten Handelsunternehmen John Sparks, welches 1890 gegründet wurde und sich auf den Handeln mit japanischer und chinesischer Kunst spezialisierte. Durchmesser ca. 23 cm, Höhe ohne Sockel ca. 25 cm. Deckel wohl neueren Datums. (Nr. 351) Ginger pot. China probably 18th c. Porcelain famille verte with wooden lid and base. Six little birds, two of them flying and four sitting on a branch with green leaves and blue and red blossoms. Upper rim finished with an ornamental band. Under the bottom label of the renowned trading company John Sparks, which was founded in 1890 and specialised in trading Japanese and Chinese art. Diameter approx. 23 cm, height without base approx. 25 cm. Lid probably of more recent date.
